The ticket is valid for the date and time mentioned in the ticket.
By purchasing the ticket the buyer agrees to abide by the rules and regulations framed by the management company if the vessel and law of all the concerned statutory authorities.
Before or after boarding the vessel if the management of the vessel finds anything inappropriate/illegal, the management reserves the right to deboard the guest.
While taking this trip the guest accepts to follow the instructions/guidelines given by the management. Any damage/loss to the property by the guest will be chargeable.
Outside food and beverage are not allowed on board
100% refund for cancellation 2 days prior scheduled trip date.
50% cancellation 1 day prior scheduled trip date.
No refund will be done on same day that on scheduled trip date.
Cancellation due to bad weather / technical failure will be refunded fully
Any other claim due to uncontrolled event will not be accepted/refunded
